Company Assessment Information

NEW!  Due to lower claim cost trends, the Pool's Y2008 Interim Assessment will not be invoiced until October 2008.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
 

• The Y2007 Reporting Forms that were mailed out to all companies in early March did not include lines for the deduction of exempt Credit-Only Insurance premiums and covered lives.  Corrected forms will be mailed out to the companies that reported Credit Insurance on last year’s forms.  If your company began writing Credit Insurance in Texas in 2007, please contact the Pool (browning@txhealthpool.org) so that a revised form can be mailed. 
   

• The Y2007 Regular and Y2008 Interim Assessment Reporting Forms were mailed on  March 4, 2008.  The due date will be April 14, 2008.  Copies of the reporting forms are available from the link below.    If you have any questions in the interim, please contact Mr. Steven Browning, Executive Director, at browning@txhealthpool.org.
